Today we found ourselves in the midst of a media-thick protest. There are now 16 police vehicles outside my office alone. Everyone has been asked to come into work in jeans (or otherwise casual), as anarchist protestors are allegedly targetting City workers in the lead up to tomorrow's G20 summit.

I actually walked down to the protest and watched for a bit, but it was rather boring. Lots of police.
But lucky for you, you get to go to work in jeans. That's pretty awesome.

They were protesting anything and everything. Who knows. End the war. Make more war. Stop the new runway at Heathrow. Build a new runway at Heathrow. It was a real mix.
